Orders and Availability

  • Your order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed contract.
  • OmmAura reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order at any time for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud.
  • If an order is canceled, you will be notified by email and any payment will be refunded as per payment‑gateway rules.

  • OmmAura provides spiritual and ritual‑related products based on traditional practices. These are not a substitute for medical or professional advice.
  • We do not guarantee specific spiritual, health, or emotional outcomes from using our products.

  • OmmAura is not liable for:

    • Any misuse of products (e.g., burning camphor in unsafe conditions, consuming products not meant for ingestion).
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of products.


Pricing and Payment

  • Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
  • We may run promotions, discounts, or offers for a limited time; these are subject to specific terms on the promotion page.
  • You are responsible for entering correct payment details. If payment fails, the order may be canceled automatically.
  • OmmAura uses trusted payment gateways (Razorpay / Paytm / or similar); we do not store full card details on our system.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, or logistics issues.
  • We ship to India‑wide locations; international shipping may be added later with separate terms.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
  • Delivery attempts are made as per courier policies; if delivery fails due to buyer‑side issues, extra charges may apply for reshipment.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Non‑returnable items:

    • Due to hygiene and spiritual reasons, Gangajal / Ganga Amrit, camphor / Ommsugandhi, puja oil / Jyoti, and agarbatti / Omm Sugandhi are generally non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable unless:

      • The product is damaged, leaking, or not as described at the time of delivery.

  • Wrong items:

    • Please notify OmmAura within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
    • We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

  • Refunds:

    • If accepted, refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days as per the bank/payment‑gateway policy.


Intellectual Property

  • All content on the OmmAura website (text, logos, images, designs, product names like Ganga Amrit, Ommsugandhi, Jyoti, Omm Sugandhi) is owned or licensed by OmmAura.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.


Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
  • We encourage you to resolve disputes amicably through customer support before legal action.

  • Cancellation by Customer

    Orders can usually be canceled only before processing (before dispatch). Once an order is “shipped”, cancellations are not accepted, but you may still be eligible for damage/wrong‑item claims as above.
